Can not connect port 9000

Hi I have 2 servers. and I am migration from the first to sencond one.

server 1.
EasyApache 3 v56.0
Apache 2.2, PHP 5.4

server2.
EasyApache 4 v72.0.10 Apache 2.4, PHP 5.5, PHP 5.6, and PHP 7.0

Work perfect the website in server 1, but in server 2 I get connection refused in port 9000.

I have CSF enable and the ports open, but does not work.

Could you anyone help me please. Thanks

Can you let us know which service is running on port 9000, and the method you are using to connect to it?
