Under MySQL databases I can not delete the Existing MySQL users. I click on the red circled x & it says it was deleted but when I go back into MySQL databases they are still there.

Yes there is a dash in the main account username but none of the other ones will delete either. This is a reseller of mine. I never put a dash in my usernames. Is that the problem?

yes I guess.. I don't look through.. but after an /upcp all new usere with a dash will also have one in the mysql user username.. and if there are some old ones and you will delete them, cpanel tries to delete texas-sm_pchat1.. this gives an error because the 'real' user has the name texassm_pchat1.
is this one also undeletable: texas-sm_xmb4

and have an exact look at the error output.. you can see the problem there..

its possible to delete databases manualy in root, but I dont know if it's possible to delete users manually..

I had him go into WHM & change the username to texassm without the - in it & he was then able to delete the MySQL users with no problem.

    Thanks for all the help!

    nice!
but don't forget, if the user has his username in some php skripts and so on, he have to edit them all..
To bypass this, you could change the username back to the original name after he has deleted the mysql users..
