Can not download attachment file using Webmail

Can not download attachment file using Webmail. i can download mails using outlook, but from webmail, i can not do it.

i have tried to restartsvc of exim, httpd, and updated the exim to the latest version, but the problem still there..

two days ago, there was no such porblem.

anyone face this problem b4?
