Can not install SSL due to bug: SSL install aborted due to error: ok

I get the error "SSL install aborted due to error: ok" when trying to install a SSL certificate.

What is the solution to solve this? Expired certificate is installed, new certificate is from same CSR simply needs to be swapped over.

Does it shows that the private key does not match with the newly issued SSL certificate ? You can manually replace the cert files on the server if needed.

No only the failed: ok error. Yes I can manually edit the .crt file and .cabundle files and leave the .key file alone and it works. That is why I say there is a bug. I should be able to login to WHM and edit the certificate if I so desire.

This can happen if you are pasting a CRT into Web Host Manager that is not formatted correctly. I suggest opening a support ticket so we can take a closer look:

When tu put certificate some times, WHM change the .key file...

So, You must verified that after put a CRT, KEy it's correct

You can generate a Key/CRT to see the standard syntax via the following option:

"WHM Home » SSL/TLS » Generate an SSL Certificate and Signing Request"

However, I suggest submitting a ticket so we can determine if the issue needs to be addressed with an internal case.
