    Hello everyone,
I have 2 problems on different domains, kind of similar, but at the same time related.

    Problem 1, server 1:
When I upload a file, like a flash file, or an exe file, or anything but html files, and try to link to it from the browser, I get a message saying the file does not exits, but if I link to them from a html page and click on the link it opens.

Why is it happening and how can I overnight it?
I need to give access to my users to be be able to just link to a file in the browser.

    Problem 2, server 2:
I have installed php fully modded (
Everything seems to be working fine, but the download section.
-The user uploads a file to the server.
    -The admin approves the file
-The users can click on a download link and download teh file.

When the user clicks on the link, I get a blank page with no file in it.

But if I click on the download link and choose save target as, it downloads the file okay. users suggested that it is the server configuration
Can anyone please tell me what the problem may be and how I can fix it?
