cPanel Access Level

Hello.
I cannot log into cPanel with my main laptop. Also I cannot download emails into Outlook 2010.
cPanel Error message is "The Login Is Invalid"
I can log into cPanel with other computers and another laptop all on the same network from the same IP address.

I am using Win10 pro, I tried renaming the computer to no avail.

I have tried reinstalling an original Win 7 Pro (this is a bare bones image) onto this laptop and tried to log into cPanel, and got the same result.

I am not sure what to do, as my Host resets the passwords etc and the error remains only for my main laptop.

Some direction, if there is any would be appreciated.

Hello Wayne,

I recommend consulting with your hosting provider to see if they notice any specific output to the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log file when the access attempt to cPanel fails. If the issue is isolated to a single computer and reinstalling the OS doesn't help, then check to see if they keyboard is configured correctly (try copying/pasting the password instead of typing it).
