    Hello,

I haven't used WHM or cPanel for around 3 month, because i have no problem with my service. Today i decided to login and just have a look at WHM, but when i entered login root and my password, i got "The Login Is Invalid" message.I tried even my old password, but ether why i can not login. Then i tried to login to cPanel - the message is the same "The Login Is Invalid". What can i do and how can i get my login details if i write them down wrong (witch i don't think so, because i did copy paste in my documents) or how can i reset them?

    Thanks
    Regards

You might try contacting your Hosting Provider, they should be able to help.

All working fine now. I cannot understand why it's happening like that, its second time i got this issue. Its scary, because you think that may someone hacked your account.Like i said early, i can not login to my account few hours ago, but now its working fine, i got logged in first time i tried without problems. I using WHM around 2 years now and its second time it's happening like that. Did anyone know why this happening?did i must do anything about it or it's just WHM error?

    Thanks
    Regards

If you're being temporarily blocked by the servers security, your Hosting Provider might be helpful to contact, right then. But you mention seeing the Login Is Invalid message, so I'm not sure this is the case here. Still, when it happens if you don't have access to server logs, they do, and it might be helpful to contact them right then, when it happens.

It's likely the account is locked by cPHulk brute force detection. You can modify the settings for this option if you have root access to the server. Otherwise, you might want to see if your hosting provider can add your IP address to the whitelist.

    Thank you.
