The site mysite.com has 10 GB of space, and the mailbox john@mysite.com has 500 MBs assigned and only 25 MB used, now everytime I try to send mails using webmail I got this error:

    ERROR:
ERROR: Could not append message to INBOX.Sent.
Server responded: [ALERT] You exceeded your mail quota.
Solution: Remove unneccessary messages from your folders. Start with your Trash folder.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/functions/page_header.php:31) in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/squirrelmail/src/compose.php on line 475

The error is only while sending mails, i can recieve perfectly.

Im using RHES 4 and cPanel 11 with latests RELEASE version.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Its a problem with existing maildirsize file (located under problematic email folder) you can fix it either by renaming the maildirsize file or just increasing or decreasing (any modification) in the mail account quota.

    Regards
