Like many other features;
1) Can we offer customers blogs service through whm/cpanel?
2) Is there a built-in feature in whm/cpanel or do we have to use third party tools or custom ways to make available this facility to our customers?
3) If the blogs' feature is not currently part of whm/cpanel, does cpanel plan to add it?
