Can receive email but not send to gmail

I know there many topics about the same problem, but i m sure that i have correctly set PTR, Blacklist etc.. so i can receive emails from any sender, also can send email to any one except Gmail, Yahoo, Live..

There no error reporting using intodns.com, but mxtoolbox.com show :

MX : No DMARC Record found.
Test Mail server : Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner.
