Can Receive Emails Only Sending

Hello, I use cpanel on AWS. I can't send emails from email accounts, mail function from website and smtp. I can only receive emails to my email account.

You'll need to contact Amazon to see if they will lift that restriction for you, or you'll need to setup a third-party mailing service as outlined in that article.
