Can Resellers Create Reseller Accounts

I'm interested in knowing if resellers can create other reseller accounts (such as tier 2 reseller accounts create tier 3 reseller accounts). The WHM documentation suggested that it might, so I am out to find out if it really does.

In short, no.

Longer answer, nope. ;)

It goes as follow with all levels (that have a type of control panel):
Main WHM -& Reseller WHM -& Cpanel Accounts
or
Main WHM -& Cpanel Accounts

There's no going past the first 3 levels or adding onto it. I'd hate to imagine how complex reading through it would be if it did expand any further. :)
