    Al Salam Alykom :)

You need to revise logs located at:
    PHP:
    /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Do something like that:
    PHP:
    tail -fv /var/log/exim_mainlog
Then send to yourself an email while you monitoring the logs, You will definetly know the exact issue.

    Thanks,

    PHP:
    mail YOURMAIL@PROVIDE.COMtail -/var/log/exim_mainlog

Why would he want to do that? His own host should be able to assist with this.
