Can send emails but not receiving back

Hey.

Right, I'm setting up WHM & cPanel to offer Root reselling.

I'm trying to setup the email server, everything is fresh, the install ect.

Emails are just sat in the queue not going out.

This is one thing I'm seeing

Can't open PID file /var/spool/exim/exim-daemon.pid (yet?) after start: No such file or directory

retry time not reached for any host for 'gmail.com'


Email I'm sending from is admin@sq*****.net to hol*******[email protected]

Can someone assist.

Hey there! Depending on who your provider is, you may not be able to send email. Can you try this test from the command line of your server?

telnet gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25
and let us know what the response is?

Thats all that happening
