Can send mail but not receive.

As in the title.. I can´t receive mail to my mail-accounts either in a mail program or the webmail. I found it very frustraiting as I have tried to fix the problem in a few days now. It´s no problem to send mails.
Someone who´s having an idea of what can be whrong?
