Hi, I urgently need to access a document that I sent as an attachment from my laptop at home. Now in the office when I log in to Horde I see that the attachment has been stripped. Is there any way I can now access this document?

    Hello :)

Could you clarify how the document has been stripped? Has it been altered, or is it unavailable to download?

Ideally, you should contact your web hosting provider because they will be able to determine which service filtered the message, and check if it's available on the server.

    Thank you.

Have you checked your Sent folder on your laptop?

When I log into Horde from my PC at work, the message to which I had attached the doc from my laptop says "[Attachment stripped: Original attachment type: "application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document", name: "Changes for learning and outcomes doc.docx"]"

This is an old post, but the details are still valid. In horde here you'll find the little "life saver" icon for more Info on these settings.

Thanks, I had seen that post, but my problem is that I need to access a doc that has already been stripped. Is there any way of restoring the stripped doc?
