Can we get OpenWebmail back?

Openwebmail is easy to use. And the most important is openwebmail supports UTF-8
encoding that I can have more than one language coding in the same
message body. For example, traditional and simplified Chinese, Japanese
and Korean. Current 3 webmail servers only supports one locale at a
time.
