Customer is moving from a non-cpanel hosting company to ours. They have over a hundred staff emails and don't want to have to hassle with changing the smtp setting. They currently use "smtp.domain.com". Will this work with cPanel's email setup?

(My ISP requires that I use their ISP for SMTP so haven't been able to try it out.)

    Thanks in advance,
    BX

    Yes, that's perfectly possible.

Just edit the DNS zone and add a new entry that contains exactly the same as the current 'mail' record.
