Please, i am wanting to know how to correctly set up my email account via my cpanel.

I have received an email from cpanel to go to my host company which is ok. But my
question what is the best requirements do i need to have to be able to succesfully do this.

example: server names? and how to install set it up.

Or please provide the correct procedure
