Cannot access cpanel: server not responding message

Hi,

I 've been trying to access the cpanel for my website and it just does not connect through my computer, the browser returns "Server timed out" message. I tried accessing it on a different computer and that totally worked. So, I'm trying to figure out why it isn't through my computer..any ideas?
