HELP PLEASE! I cannot submit a ticket because 1) my login credentials are suddenly saying there incorrect, 2) I cannot access my email which is where the "fix" messages get sent. My laptop crashed Friday morning. Friday evening I bought a new MacBook Pro. I've been trying since then to get my cPanel Webmail hosted email back on to my computer (it has always fed to my MacMail account, along side my personal gmail account). I thought I finally got this working yesterday afternoon as it showed both accounts in my sidebar. Then when I checked my phone later (nothing touched/changed insetting on my phone) I got a repeating every 2-3 seconds error of the "the identity of "mail.domain.com" cannot be verified."
My IT person who set up all my account Fall 2018 is gone and unavailable. I am desperate for help. I finally have some work coming in - this couldn't be much worse timing :-(
