Make sure that the following directives are present in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:

    Code:
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?cpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?securecpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/sredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?kpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?controlpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/redirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?securecontrolpanel/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/sredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?webmail/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/wredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?whm/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/whmredirect.cgi
    ScriptAliasMatch ^/?securewhm/?$ /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/swhmredirect.cgi
If the directives are present, please submit a ticket so that we may investigate directly. Please mention the ticket number in this thread so that we may follow up on it.

Is there anything in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log or /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when you try to access the url in question?

Next, check that /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys is set to look like the following for file permissions and ownership:

    Code:
    root@pride [/usr/local/cpanel]# ls -ld cgi-sys
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 4096 May 15 14:24 cgi-sys/
The contents of that directory should look similar to the following:

    Code:
    root@pride [/usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys]# ls -lah
    total 19M
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root wheel 4.0K May 15 14:24 ./

If any of the file permissions or ownership are different than those noted, try changing the permissions and restarting both cPanel and Apache:

    Code:
    /etc/init.d/cpanel restart
    /etc/init.d/httpd restart
If that does not fix it, then we would need access to the system temporarily. If you are unable to provide that access, you may wish to contact your datacenter or NOC for further assistance, since it isn't possible without direct access to the system at that point to troubleshoot further.
