Cannot access mail

    I'm really new to this (like I joined just now!!) ... the reason I have joined is that I cannot access my CPanel/roundcube email id :mad: and I do not know what to do :confused: the guy who set it up for me a number of years ago is no longer in business and I have no contact details for him, and I know very little about how all this website/email/cyber space malarkey works! Please can anyone help? Here is the note that comes up when I try to login the usual way:

    Internal Server Error

    500

    User 'innipooh' is over quota.

    If you are able to log into the Cpanel and access your mail settings, you might have to set your quota to a higher number. If you do not have many email accounts, it would be best to set it to unlimited.
