Cannot access SSH: Access Denied On correct credentials

Hi everyone

I am working on the behalf of a client! I am trying to access SSH using Windows Powershell on their server! They operate through cPanel!

However, it connects to the server, and keeps returning with Access Denied after entering the password!

What’s the solution to this problem?

You might want to ensure your client has followed the instructions to use PowerShell here: PowerShell Remoting Over SSH - PowerShell

Are you able to connect using a PuTTY client?
