    Hello,

I cannot login clients' CPanel with my root password.
My root password is working fine for SSH and WHM.

My WHM & Cpanel version is 9.1.0-S93.
Does anybody have any idea or experience what is causing this?

    It's so wierd.

Yeah, it is weird. That's why I would double check the ID & PW used to login.

You also might clear your cookies and what not, I've had issues with browsers saving passwords before when I didn't even realize it :)

    Hello,

The only things I can think is I'm disabling direct root login for sshd and using RVSkin for CPanel.

    Can these cause this problem?

    Best Regards,

    Thanks everyone!!

    It's resolved.

I could login with a user's ID and root password.
Is it supposed to login user's Cpanel?

    I'm a newbie about CPanel.

    Anyway thanks!! :p
