I currently run my site on a server purchased by a reseller and need to upload a secure certificate. I can do that in the SSL Manager, but the rest of the instructions tell me to access the SSL/TLS menu in the Web Host Manager to complete the installation. However, i do not have that option. I can only access the cPanel to make changes.

My question is, does my host need to make the changes for me, or can he "turn on" the web host manager for me to access it myself?
