    Hi,

My server has WHM/cPanel version 11.34.0 (build 7).
PHP 5 handler is set to suphp as shown in WHM and from CLI.

    Code:
    # /usr/local/cpanel/bin/rebuild_phpconf --current
Available handlers: suphp dso cgi none
    DEFAULT PHP: 5
    PHP4 SAPI: none
    PHP5 SAPI: suphp
    SUEXEC: enabled
    RUID2: not installed
Under "Configure PHP and suEXEC", suphp is shown from "Current Configuration" as the handler for PHP5. However in "Alter Configuration", I do not see the option to alter it, say change it to DSO. See the attachment.

I understand that I can switch to DSO (or to suPHP.. vice versa) from Easy Apache.
But since suphp is installed, there's suppose to be an option to change that right under "Alter Configuration"? How can I fix this?

    Thank you.

You're clearly missing some things there, have you tried forcing an update to cPanel, rebuild Apache as is, to try and clear this up? I might start there if it was me.

I've tried that, tried a few times and restarted the server. Nothing happened.
I've also rebuild Apache, tried changing different PHP version.. tried enabling/disabling suPHP. But it's all the same. The drop-down menu is still blank.

In WHM, top right corner is a Support menu. On it a link to "Contact cPanel".

You might want to put in a ticket about this.
