cannot backup cpanel

    Hi all,
    is anybody know how to backup cpanel, i'd been done with cpanel menu, but till now i can't find the backup file, looks backup is not running.
    try to use manual i got error " unable to locate suitable rsync binary

    root@server [/var/cpanel/backups/queue]# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup
    die [backup] Unable to locate suitable rsync binary
    exit level [die] [pid=28007] (Unable to locate suitable rsync binary)
    root@server [/var/cpanel/backups/queue]# /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force
    die [backup] Unable to locate suitable rsync binary
    exit level [die] [pid=28064] (Unable to locate suitable rsync binary)
    root@server [/var/cpanel/backups/queue]# yum list rsync*
    Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, security
    Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
    * base: centos.biz.net.id
    * epel: mirror.dionipe.net
    * extras: centos.biz.net.id
    * rpmforge: mirror.smartmedia.net.id

    Hello :)

    Please try reinstalling the "rsync" package via YUM. EX:

    Code:
    yum clean all
    yum reinstall rsync
    Let us know of any error messages, and if the issue persists after reinstalling the package.
