Cannot backup in WHM

    Hi all,

    The sever can be backuped in WHM before. After cpanel sent two mail to me, it cannot be backuped

    These mail as below:

    It can be backup until 9/20 as the screen

    To update, the customer was advised to reinstall the OS or migrate the accounts to another server due to an unrelated issue that was discovered.
