    New server centos6
    Intel Xeon E3-1230
    8 GB DDR3 ECC Ram

    iptables = off and stopped
    ip6tables = off and stopped
    SELinux = Disabled

    Ran an external port check for web servers and the 208(x) ports are all closed.

    If I install CSF Firewall via SSH and set it up I can connect to cPanel Ports OK

    If I reboot, can no longer connect to the cPanel ports again.

    IF I check CSF the ports for 208(x) are no longer listed.

    What do I need to do to fix this ?

    Is CSF in testmode? Very first option in CSF:
    # lfd will not start while this is enabled

    CSF was enabled as I changing it to "0" , but CSF was not the issue.

    I did fix this issue.

    cPanel just didn't for some reason install everything and never added the ports I found missing in netstat when I ran:

    -an | grep 208

    I didn't install it personally, the NOC did.

    I ran a forced update from /scripts and it fixed all the connection problems.
