Cannot connect to clamd service

Hello
Whenever I run the virus scaner found on my Cpanel, the progress is blocked on ... connecting to clamd service ...
and does not scan anything.

Could anyone help me please?

Root Administrator
Make sure clamd is running on server. You need to contact your hosting provider for this as there is no way to trouble shoot it from cPanel.
