I have been using WHM "Copy an account from another server" to transfer accounts between VPS for many years. This save me a lot of time with this function.

I got a new VPS two days ago. I have been trying to copy an account from other VPS to my new VPS for the past two days. However it always said that the password was not correct. And in the next 10+ minutes, the screen just showed:

And finally the following error displayed on the screen:

What problem with the WHM "Copy an account from another server"?

How this problem can be fixed?

    Thanks and best regards

    Hello :)

You should first check to ensure that no firewall or host access rules are blocking the connection to port 2086 on the remote server. If you verify that's not the case, could you open a support ticket for this issue so we can take a closer look?

    Thank you.
