cannot copy database in phpmyadmin as user or reseller

hi, I cannot copy database in phpmyadmin as the user or reseller, error "see attached" ,
after the error acord i can see the copied database but it is empty.
if im using phpmyadmin in the whm server as root the db coopy work fine

Hey there! Inside cPanel, I did the following with both an empty database, and a database full of information:

-opened PHPMyAdmin
-selected the database I'm working with
-went to the Operations tab
-used the copy function and entered the database name in username_dbname format
-confirmed the database copied

Both of those worked well and all data was copied.

Did you confirm the database name that you chose was the same name as the cPanel user you're working with? Were there any additional errors in the cPanel error_log or the MySQL error log on the machine?
