Cannot create databases with PhpMyAdmin!!

Hello

Im running cPanel, and have a Forum installed on my server... Anyway, I want to move it (the forum) and also move the database! I don't know how it's done with the inbuilt cPanel phpMySQL manager, but I do know how its done with phpMyAdmin...

The Problem is: When I copy the database I get the errormessage

"Error
SQL query:

CREATE DATABASE `vb1` ;


MySQL said:

#1044 - Access denied for user: '[email protected]' to database 'vb1' "

What to do.
