    Hello :)

Please check to ensure the following directory exists for your account:

    # /home/username/etc

You may need to consult with your web hosting provider to get that directory restored or created again if you accidentally deleted it.

    Thank you.

Thanks but can I create that directory myself? if yes, should I "only" create a new directory and rename it to "# /home/username/etc"?

When I try to type in my email adress it tells me "Update Failed". I am positive that the email and password are correct. I know the advanced settings I need to have to make the email work, but I cannot get to the page where I enter them. How do I fix this?

What, exactly, are you typing your e-mail address into? What are you trying to do?

Your host should be able to help you with accessing your mail.
