I am doing a full backup for a customer. However, it could not be done correctly. The compressed file is just containing all the folders except public_html!!! I tried several times, but the same result. In public_html, he has around 2GB data.

Is there any reason? He's just an shared hosting user, doesn't have root or access into server log.
    Thank you.

I recommend contacting the hosting provider regarding this issue to gather their input.

The issue is the host seems not want to answer any email. That's why this customer is moving to us

Good luck with the transfer then. Have you tried the home directory backup?
