Yep, I am getting that too.

I figure the CPanel auto update screwed me AGAIN! My fault though, I should have turned it off. I went to WHM to define 4 new accounts this morning and guess what... Now instead of this task taking 5 minutes, it's going to take hours of time that I do not have.

I cleaned out the named.conf file for the entry and deleted out of /var. NOGOOD.
Now, I am now running cpanel update . Maybe that will fix.

If support from CPanel sees this, your last update is screwing up everyones installation.
    Please advise !!

I have used CPanel, Ensim Pro, Plesk. They all have their shortcomings.

    Woops,,, me again...

I just noticed at the top of WHM home page where CPanel posts notices...

See the one about version 10.6 compatibility. Now I feel stupid but I am still gonna
    turn auto update off.

    Thanks

    What release are you running?

I'm on 10.6.0-CURRENT_66 and account creation is working fine.

Getting this to on One server... all other servers have updated fine.

Problem still persists after doing a /scripts/updatenow followed by a /scripts/upcp --force

    Any other suggestions?

    solved problem

Thanks for the advice. Our scripts were out of sync with our current version of cpanel -WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-R82.

We ran /scripts/upcp and it resolved the problem. We can now create accounts again.

As a result we have turned off all auto updating.

    Thanks again
    Christo

Hmm, after running /scripts/upcp I'm still seeing fatal errors at the top of the new account setup , like this:

[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive][a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]WWWAcct 10.0 (c) 1997-2005 cPanel, Inc.

But the rest of the setup appears normal and the new account seems to work okay as far as I can tell. Ideas anyone? Thanks.

we have fatal error message as well

    Hi
I should have added we get same fatal error message as well when we create accounts, but everything appears to be working ok. However as I have said on another thread we are now getting delivery failure notice when we send mail although the mail has been delivered successfully.

Thanks, that seems to have worked for me. Now I can create an account without any error messages.

/scripts/updatenow followed by /scripts/upcp makes no difference for me, still get the error message at the top of the form, but the page seems to go on to create the account.

Yes, it still creates the account. I did the above and it seemed to work for me.
