SOLVED Cannot create new FTP accounts

Hello,

Today, When I go to create a new FTP account on one of my Cpanel accounts, It shows following error:

"You have already used your maximum allotment (0) of FTP (File Transfer Protocol) accounts."

Can anybody please help me resolve it. Would be a great help.

Hello,

The message generally suggests the account is not permitted any FTP accounts per it's package settings. I'm happy to see you were able to address the issue.
