    I added a domain few weeks back under cPanel > Addon Domains

    Now I cannot delete it from cPanel > Addon Domains and get this error

    Code:
    Syncing Ftp Databases....Done Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain bimleshc.info Sorry, the subdomain bimleshc cannot be removed because it is linked to the addon domain bimleshc.info. You must first remove the addon domain.
    The weird thing is that I am deleting it from Addon Domains but still its asking me to remove it from the addon domain.

    Anyone has any clue how to solve this?

    Thanx

    Are you logged in as the reseller or root account, or are you logged in as that domain account? Also, what version of cpanel/whm are you running?

    You might have to get access as the reseller or root account in whm and delete it that way. I've not had this issue myself but it's possible that the domain account doesn't have rights to that subdomain - hence you can't delete it.

    If you don't have reseller or root access then forward it off to the admin of the box and they should be able to do it.

    Even if I am trying to delete it as a "root" it still shows me the same error

    Code:
    Syncing Ftp Databases....Done Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain bimleshc.info Sorry, the subdomain bimleshc cannot be removed because it is linked to the addon domain bimleshc.info. You must first remove the addon domain.

    Also when I go to Main >> DNS Functions >> Delete a DNS Zone

    I cannot find that domain in the list. Do you know why?

    Are you sure that you are trying to delete the addon domain and not the subdomain? The error message shows that you are trying to delete a subdomain that has an addon configured on it.

    Then it needs to be checked. If you are familiar with SSH then you can manually remove the addon.

    and remove the following file

    Make sure that you restart the named and http after making changes.

    ok

    Under:
    Code:
    /var/cpanel/users/cPanelUSERNAME
    I get a list with the following:
    Code:
    DNS=bimleshc.com
    DNS1=c.bimleshc.com
    DNS2=drukimpex.info
    DNS3=bimleshc.info
    DNS4=drukin.bimleshc.com
    DNS5=drukinfo.bimleshc.com
    DNS6=drukorg.bimleshc.com

    So, should I delete just bimleshc.info or the whole line which is DNS3=bimleshc.info

    ok now under /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

    I did a search for bimleshc.info and got these
    Code:

    <VirtualHost IP>
    ServerAlias www.bimleshc.bimleshc.com
    ServerAdmin webmaster@bimleshc.bimleshc.com
    DocumentRoot /home/bimleshc/public_html/bimleshc
    BytesLog domlogs/bimleshc.bimleshc.com-bytes_log
    ServerName bimleshc.bimleshc.com
    ServerAlias bimleshc.info www.bimleshc.info
    UseCanonicalName off

    User bimleshc
    Group bimleshc
    CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/bimleshc.bimleshc.com combined
    ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/bimleshc/public_html/bimleshc/cgi-bin/
    </VirtualHost>

    So the line which needs to be removed is ServerAlias bimleshc.info www.bimleshc.info
    right?
