Cannot delete folders in Roundcube

    Client has some folders still visible in RoundCube webmail that they previously deleted and which are correctly no longer visible in Horde. How do we get rid of them in RoundCube as the usual folder management/delete options don't show these, but they remain visible in the root?

    how you access your roundcube as default cpanel user or as an email account you have created later ?

    Perhaps this is an old topic, but when I asked here in the forum I managed to find, or through a Google search. How do I delete a folder from an email address that does not exist.

    In a few steps backward in order to delete a folder email address that does not exist.

    1. Log in to your cPanel account

    2. Locate the "File Manager" if you type in the search easier "File Manager" where you'll see a search result relevantar.

    3. When you enter the "File Manager" Find the folder "mail"

    4. in folder "mail" open folder "courierimaphieracl", and make sure that some of the old e-mail address is in the format youremailname@yourdomainname_net feel free to delete.

    5. Go back one step back into the folder "mail" and open "courierimapsubscribed" right click and Edit or Code Edit.

    There you will see a list of all your email accounts, both those who are active and those that you delete the folders but you have others that bother you during labor.

    Delete any email that her entire order, but let no gaps and be careful not to delete any of your email address that is active.

    When you clear all the email addresses that their folders, click on the "Save Changes" and then "Close"

    Run or do a refresh of your web mail client and folders that are used to bother you now have their past.
