    Hello ,

    If you had tried this thorugh the WHM , and then I recommend you have this changed via the backend shell. Login to the server and then take the zone file for the domain and edit the A record to the one that is needed and then take the httpd.conf and have the Ip changed out there also and then restart the 2 services . Once done take the files /var/cpanel/users/username and have the Ip changed there also.

    Regarding the issue with the domain deletion, if not possible through the WHM ,try using the script /scripts/killacct username. If does not work , then you will have to manually remove the domain entries from the following files.

    ============

    /etc/userdomains
    /etc/trueuserdomains
    /etc/localdomains
    /var/named/zonefile
    /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    /etc/named.conf
    delete the file /var/cpanel/users/username
    ============

    This will beit and then the domain will not be listed in the WHM . Hope this will help

    Regards,
    Marcus
