A number of sites on my server (but not all) have lost the IP address associated with their account. All are using the main shared IP, but not all using the main IP have lost their affiliation with it.

I tried to 'Change IPs' for these domains, but I receive an error saying that CPanel/WHM cannot determine the old IP. This is understandable since there is no IP stored for these limited number of domains, but my question is how do I ever associate these accounts with any IP whatsoever?

What does the "show IP address usage" option in WHM show?

All accounts except for the ones that don't have an IP assigned to them. Everything looks normal here except some domains are missing entirely.

The missing domains _do_ show up in 'List Accounts' (without an IP), I can find their /home/username directory, and they have FTP access. No web, and apparently no mail... or at least no mail accounts setup on any of these domains.
