Cannot get domain, FTP or anything to Resolve. Need help!!!

ok, I totally admit that I am a complete n00b at cPanel. Here is my deal. I honestly don't even know if I set everything up properly. My domain and IP doesn't seem to respond properly and I cannot even access my FTP without getting an error message.

My server center is not giving me any support, they told me to come here. Anyway, here is the message I gave them earlier (see below) their reply was, 'Sir, check permissions on your target folder. We do not provide sysadmin support for our servers, it's self service.' Problem is, I have no idea how to do this. or set it all up. Any help would be great:

Do you have root WHM and root SSH access to the machine in question or is this only a cPanel access account?

Yes, I do have that access.

Great, please open up a ticket and provide the FTP login information that you are using in that ticket. A ticket can be opened via WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.

ok, I just did what you asked. Will they reply directly to the email I provided them?

Right, the email you used for opening the ticket will receive replies to it from our ticketing system
