Cannot get mail to a particular domain

    Can anyone possibly help with this problem???

    No user from "" cannot send or recieve e-mail using POP3 Mail accounts like the ones created in Outlook Express, but using Webmail all features are working fine, and users from that domain are able to recieve and send.

    Here you have my ping test, as you can see mail service isn't responding, but FTP, WWW and the DOMAIN itself are responding well to ping. (changed IP and domains real name for "xxx" and "domain")

    machine@support:~$ ping
    ping: unknown host
    machine@support:~$ ping
    PING ( 56(84) bytes of data. 64 bytes from ( icmp_seq=1 ttl=49 time=232 ms
    From the server I am able to ping mail service and is responding well, but not outside the server.

    Going to the DNS zone from WHM and checking the same corresponding to the mail settings I can see that everything is the same setted as another accounts that don't have this problem.

    Please, any ideas ? :confused:
