cannot increase disk space "quota "

    good evening ,, im trying to increase the disk space of one of my websites but it giving me this error

    " Disk space modification failed: You only have 7153 megabytes remaining, and this account modification requires 11000 megabytes. "

    i know i still have space in the server ,, it's unlimited ,,, but why i cant increase the space ,, it's urgent because the website disk space usage is over quota

    please help

    You might want to contact your Hosting Provider about this. Or look for old backups and other files you can download off the server to free up space:

    There are limits to unlimited it seems.

    no i can update some other websites on the same server only this one is giving me this message ,, though it was 13000 before i change it down to 7000 and now i wanted back to 13000 but i cant

    As a Reseller your overall quota may be limited. Your Hosting Provider would know more about this than anyone on these forums.
