cannot install fantastico in new cpanel server

I have got a new Cpanel server setup yesterday on which I am trying to install Fantastico. However, whenever I click on the install link of Fantastico in WHM, it refreshes and shows the same page again. As a result, I am not able to install Fantastico on it. Also, since netenberg.com has been revamped, their forum link is not working and hence I am not able to get any help. Can anybody tell me what could be the issue?
