I want to enable certain PHP extensions on my server via cPanel.

I believe the way to do this is to press the "Select PHP Version" button in the cPanel Software category.

However this option/button is missing from my cPanel. I can select the PHP version via MultiPHP Manager, but this option does not give me the options to enable PHP extensions.

I am the root owner and have WHM access. I have checked that the cPanel account has full account feature access.

Can someone help me either enable the "Select PHP Version" option, or find a workaround for enabling PHP extensions in cPanel?

Select PHP Version is a component of CloudLinux. Are you running CloudLinux or Centos?

When not running CloudLinux, you use the MultiuPHP Manager as you pointed out, however, the module selection is done via the EasyApache 4 option in WHM.
