Maybe a dumb question but is the server online? If yes, it should work if no you should connect to it by root connection.

i am using http:/myip;2083 to log in but it gives error page, any ideas why?

Thanks

You put in a semicolon(;) before the port number and it should be colon:)) and you are using the secure port with insecure http call.

http://myip;2083 is NOT the same as http://myip:2083 and neither one will get you anywhere as you need either https://myip:2083 (secure) or http://myip:2082 (insecure)

The same goes for WHM: https://myip:2087 (secure) OR http://myip:2086 (insecure)
