Cannot receive emails from specific user

Hi,

I cannot receive emails from a specific user while I can send emails from it. Other users seem to be working fine though. In this specific user, I am only receiving from the main email account while I have too many addon domains in it. It used to work until the last cPanel update.

This is the error:

LMTP error after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>: 550 5.1.1 <[email protected]> User doesn't exist: [email protected]

I hope somebody can enlighten me. cPanel Support is not letting me submit a technical support ticket as I am using a license from a reseller (Contabo) and they are not around at the moment.

From this error it seems the user which you are trying to send email does not exist. Please amke sure the email on which you are trying to send is exist on your hosting.

Also please confirm f this domain is addon/subdomainor maindomain?

Hi, thanks for your reply. This email [email protected] means with this format <[email protected]> and it works perfectly ever since before upgrading to the release tier.

I use catchall main email to receive emails for all my addon domains in the account and it used to work but now it doesn't work anymore and returning that LMTP error after the latest released tier
