Cannot receive emails

    Hi Everyone,

    I am new here and hope you can help with my dilemma.

    My domain is - Removed - and for the past week I haven't been able to receive any emails from external sources.

    I can send emails fine, it also seems like I can receive emails internally and from hotmail accounts but cannot from any other sources eg. Gmail, icloud etc.

    Can you please give me some advice on what I should do?
    This has been detrimental for my business and Godaddy haven't been helpful at all.

    Might be there is an issues with the domain MX record. Please check your domain MX record and if it's correctly setup then ask your hosting support team to check mail logs for your domain. You do not have access of your server so you can't check mail logs.

    Hello,

    Your access level shows as "Website Owner". I recommend contacting your web hosting provider as a first step to allow them to take a closer look to see if the messages are blocked for a particular reason.
